How can I purchase? Everything is sold out? Following our VIP group and Instagram clues you in on when drops happen and what colors will be available! We usually load the site with new items every Thursday at 7PM CST!
All sales are final and there are no refunds unless there is an error with your order upon arrival and we have discussed via email.
NO CHANGES can be made to an order after placed due to the volume of orders we receive.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We will process & ship your order within 14-21 business days! Your location will then determine the amount of time it takes your package to arrive. Due to the volume of orders we receive we print our shipping labels in bulk, please allow up to 3 days for your tracking information to update. We ship through USPS which takes 2-5 business days for the arrival, however delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Due to the volume of orders received we do not combine shipping.
I haven't received my item but tracking says it has been delivered.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We prove tracking with every purchase, and thus can not help any further besides resending tracking information. We encourage you to contact your local USPS office.
We are not responsible for replacing or refunding for the items.
My package or product arrived damaged.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for damaged packages or damage to products that occurred during shipping.
You can however contact the mail carrier and depending on the case they should be able to help you.
If there is a defect, upon delivery, please contact us via email and we can discuss it with you.

Do you accept returns/exchanges
We have a NO refund NO cancellation policy unless something is wrong with your order upon arrival and we have discussed it via email. If an order does get refunded, if a shipping label has been created the shipping is non refundable
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if there is an issue. After the 5 days, we are not responsible to accept any exchanges and or refunds. Knots/wraps/bows must be unused. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before you ship your item for approval. If the order was our mistake we will send a return label via email. This will insure you that your exchange items make it to the proper place.
Upon receipt of the products we will send the replacement, and or the right product.
- Texas Top Knots is not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses or names.
- Texas Top Knots is not responsible for paying shipping for items returned to us because of incorrect addresses / names. We will invoice for the cost of shipping the item a second time.
- Texas Top Knots cannot estimate exact delivery dates or times.
- Texas Top Knots does not guarantee shipping time via our carriers. Delays can and may occur.
